Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
